Andrea Simoncelli became the Insurance Manager of the Year 2019

The President of the Management Board of Generali Polska companies Andrea Simoncelli was recognized by Gazeta Bankowa as the Insurance Manager of the Year. This title was awarded by the Competition Jury for successful acquisitions and consolidation of the insurance market in Poland.

Even the most innovative insurance company needs efficient management. For this reason, the Insurance Manager of the Year was once again selected. The votes of the Competition Jury were given to Mr. Andrea Simoncelli, President of the Management Board of Generali Polska. According to the Jury, he deserves a special distinction for successful acquisitions and consolidation of the insurance market in Poland. It was under his leadership that on 31 October 2019, Concordia Capital SA and Generali Życie TU SA merged. At the same time, it was appreciated that Andrea Simoncelli focuses the company's activities on customer satisfaction, comprehensively developing high-quality products and, above all, taking care of efficient processes, including claims handling, we read in the substantiation of Gazeta Bankowa.

At the same time, the hard work of our fantastic team allowed us to combine the life companies of Concordia and Generali in a short time and demutualize Concordia TUW. The title of the Insurance Manager of the Year was awarded for the eighth time. The selection takes into account criteria such as efficiency in management, achieving above-average results, ethics and applying the principles of healthy competition, sensitivity to social needs, supporting local initiatives or applying the principles of sustainable business.
