Generali Romania awarded for excellence in client relations

In a completely original format, respecting all the safety measures imposed by the pandemic that has not yet passed, took place the 20th edition of the Insurance Market Awards Gala, organized by XPRIMM Publications.

On this occasion, the insurance market professionals gathered in the special atmosphere of the Diplomats Club to celebrate the best results, but also the innovation and dynamism of the companies in the insurance market. Generali Romania has received the award “Company of the year – Excellence in client relations”.

“Even though this award reflects the performance in 2019, I think it is highly relevant for the challenges we faced this year, in this atypical period, when we learned very quickly to work from home, to interact digitally with each other, with clients and partners and, most importantly, to continue supporting our clients with high-performance services”, said Adrian Marin, CEO of Generali Romania.
