Zbigniew Jakubowski appointed President of the management board of Generali Investments TFI

The Supervisory Board of Generali Investments TFI SA appointed Zbigniew Jakubowski as the President of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI SA.

Kazimierz Fedak,previously Member of the Management Board responsible for sales and marketing was appointed Vice-President of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI.

The above changes come into force on April 1st, 2022.

For over 20 years, Zbigniew Jakubowski was the Vice President of the Management Board of Generali Investments TFI S.A., responsible for the area of fund management, assets and investment advisory.

Zbigniew Jakubowski will replace Grzegorz Piwowar, who, after resigning from this position, will continue to work in the structures of the Generali Group as a member of the Supervisory Board of Generali Finance sp.z o.o.
